SPII’s Submission on the Division of Revenue Bill – Health Perspective

SPII has made a submission on the to the Finance Committee at the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL). This submission is in response to the emergency allocations to COVID-19 funds, with a specific focus on the Conditional and Equitable Share grants allocated to the Provincial and Municipal spheres of government. It also looks at how reallocations affect specific health programmes and provides recommendations that seek to promote equality in the health system
