SPII’s COVID-19 Work

SPII is active in a number of civil society coalitions and groups working on various aspects of the COVID-19 context and demanding a just response.

This includes work with the C19 People’s Coalition, through The Health Working Group and Health Systems Subgroup, Through the Economists Working Group and the Cash Transfers Subgroup and through the Community Action Working Group and the Right to Food Group.

SPII is an active part of Nedlac’s Community Constituency and the civil society response to Covid-19 through the Community Constituency Covid-19 Front.

SPII is working with CIVICUS’ Africa Priorities for COVID-19 CSO Platform to identify and articulate civil society priorities for the COVID-19 response in Africa.
